Ms. Lake's Awesome 2nd Graders!!

I have been an educator for 25 years.  I previously worked at Burbank Unified School District. I have been teaching at Montague Charter Academy for the Arts and Sciences since 1999.  I have taught grades Junior 1st and 1st-3rd grades.  I also have been the Technology Teacher in our Computer Lab.  I received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Riverside and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University Northridge.  I am really passionate about teaching students to read and write.  I love watching them gain confidence and growing in those areas throughout, the school year in my classroom. In my spare time I enjoy practicing Yoga, Reading, working on my stand-up comedy and spending quality time with my family and friends.
